BIG RIP was awarded Third Prize at the College Orchestra Directors Association 2013 International Composition Contest hosted by the University of Utah Philharmonia.
In addition, all composers will receive a digital recording of the University of Utah's final round performance of their work and the PDF scores and mp3 recordings of the top five works will be featured on the CODA national website.
