The Boston Premiere of Village Music will be presented by the Korean American Cultural Foundation of Greater Boston (KACF) on a concert titled At The Village Crossroads: An Evening of Eastern and Western Music and Desserts. The program will feature Kayageum performer Do Yeon Kim and members of the Hwaum Boston Chmaber Orchestra and B2B Theatre Company.
The Korean American Cultural Foundation of Greater Boston was born out of the desire to share the rich artistic heritage of Korea and to create opportunities for Korean American artists to display their talents and passions. Since 2007 the KACF has been able to enrich the artistic fabric of the community through collaborating and forging a greater cross-cultural appreciation of traditional and contemporary Korean music and art on events such as the Korean Cultural Festival and Oasis Café Concert series.
